Giorgio Armani was born in Piacenza, Italy,
year 1934. He originally studied in science, and then gave it up
to pursue photography, before being called up for national
service in 1957. He then worked in a department store, La
Rinascente, as a window dresser.
From 1961 to 1970, Armani also worked with an well-known
designer in fashion house Nino Cerruti. In 1974, with his
partner Sergio Galeotti, he established Giorgio Armani with
menswear, introducing a womenswear in 1975.
Later establishing arrived Emporio Armani, a brand targeted
toward a younger market Giorgio Armani Eyewear and Sunglasses
suited for everybody, and offer out standing designs, all with
100% UV protection.
Among the Armani accessories, the eye-wear collection appears to
enjoy continuous success. The Armani glasses are produced since
1988 by Italian designer eye-wear specialists. |
