⚠ ProOptical Update ►
Our Fellow Patients,
At Pro Optical, your health and safety are our priority. We thank you all for your patience. We are happy to announce that we are resuming our clinic operations. The process will be in phases in line with MA Department of Public Health (DPH), Massachusetts Society of Optometry and CDC recommendations. We are committed to maintaining OSHA and CDC infection control guidelines within our practice. We have implemented the following additional measures and screening procedures for both patients and our team members while continuing to practice social distancing and reducing the number of people in the office

• During Phase 1, which we expect to last until Jun 08, 2020, we will be available for patients with blurred vision, visual changes or urgent care needs.
• We will not be able to accommodate any walk-ins; therefore, please call our office at 617-523-7006 or schedule online.
• We will thoroughly screen all our patients by questions regarding contact and exposure of Covid-19.
• Routine Exams will resume during Phase 2, which you will be contacted by our office.

What to expect when you arrive:
• Anyone who enters the office must wear a facemask. If a patient doesn’t have a facemask, we will provide one at the front door.
• Upon entering there will be a hands free hand sanitizer for your use and your temperature will be taken.
• All doctors and staff members will be equipped with PPE to protect you and our team.
• For your safety, we will be limiting the amount of patients in the office at the same time. Please arrive for your appointment at your scheduled time and alone unless you’re a minor or need assistance.

What to expect in the clinic:
• In addition to our efficient HVAC filters our office is now equipped with high-end air purifiers, which remove the aerosol-born particles.
• Additional time is reserved before the next patient is admitted allowing us to thoroughly clean the chair, disinfect, and prepare.
• All frames will be disinfected after handled by staff and patients.

We will continue to provide updates regarding the rest of our phases as we get closer to the end date of phase 1. Again, thank you for your continued patience as we strive to provide you the best quality eye and vision care.

Here in the office we're asking you to not sit next to each other to observe Social Distancing. Everyone reacts differently to stressful situations, please be respectful of others boundaries.
